We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the same condition as received
  • Original packaging with all tags intact
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or altered products (e.g., tailored kurtis)
  • Intimate wear, such as underskirts or inner linings
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Partial Refunds

  • Items damaged for reasons not attributable to us
  • Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Refunds are only issued for sale items if they are damaged or defective.
  • Hygiene Products: Personal care items and used fabric masks are non-returnable for safety reasons.
